Josh Giddey becomes the youngest player to get a triple double

Oklahoma City Thunder basketball player Josh Giddey scored a triple-double, with 17 points, 13 rebounds and 14 assists against the Dallas Mavericks yesterday (January 2). 

Giddey became the youngest player in NBA history to complete a triple-double. He managed to break the record of Charlotte Hornets point guard, Lamelo Ball, who was the youngest player in league history to complete a triple-double which he held since January 2021.

Josh Giddey was 19 years old 84 days old on the match day, and the previous record holder Lamelo Ball was 19 years old 140 days old.
