Man Arrested for Reckless Driving, Injuring Cop, and Damaging Police Patrols in Dubai

A 40-year-old man has been sentenced to a year in jail on charges of reckless driving, injuring a police officer, and severely damaging a police patrol vehicle.

​​According to case details, the incident took place May of 2020, when. a policeman in the Ras Al Khor area of Dubai spotted the man driving a vehicle recklessly, without a number plate.

​​The cop also reported that the man drove towards him when the officer tried to stop him, and rammed the officer’s vehicle several times, causing minor injuries to the cop.
