Ship Weighing Over 90 Tonnes Recovered in Dubai Creek

Remnants of a sunken ship weighing over 90 tonnes were recovered from the Dubai Creek according to authorities.
Dubai Municipality, with RTA and Dubai Police assisted in recovering the wooden ship, which floated near a restaurant in the Rigga Al Buteen area.
According to Khaleej Times, a team of nearly. 26 workers across the three organizations involved were tasked to recover the ship.
After finding the location of the Ship, the team closed off the surrounding area to reduce spread of waste in the creek, then lifted the ships with cranes out of the creek.
The ship was taken to the sea berth, then transported to the recycling center.
