GB Packers Runyan silences theorists about TB Buccaneers WR Mike Evans

Green Bay Packers starting right guard Jon Runyan Jr. shoots down all the conspiracy theories about the ban of Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans. Jon Runyan Jr.’s father, Jon Runyan Sr., handed out a 1 week suspension to Mike Evans for what happened against the NO Saints. Mike Evans clattered New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore which led to him being ejected from the game.

There is a theory that he gave out the suspension so that he would play the next team, which is the Packers. This led to people believing that Runyan was trying to help his son.

This is when Runyan Jr. stepped in on Wednesday and said, “He was just doing his job. He’s been doing that job for over a half-decade now. It just so happens that we’re playing the Buccaneers this week. Everybody’s trying to make it into this conspiracy theory, which it’s not.”
