In the southern Ukranian city of Kryvyi, officials say Russian missiles hit a dam, flooding many houses, and causing numerous residents to evacuate
City head Oleksandr Vilkul said the “situation is under control.”
Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, described Russia as a ‘terrorist state’ after the missle struck the Karachunivske reservoir.
Late at night on Wednesday, Zelensky said, “you are weaklings who fight civilians.” “Scoundrels who, having escaped from the battlefield, are trying to do harm from somewhere far away.”
In Zelenski’s speech, he said the reservoir had “no military value at all”.
Many water supplies have been affected by the missile in the city. Officials said, water broke through the dam and overflowed the banks of the river, flooding many houses.
