Tunisia: Eleven Immigrants Killed in a Tragic Shipwreck

At least 11 people are thought to have died, and 12 missing in a shipwreck off the coast of Tunisia. According to the state news agency TAP, five more bodies were found on Saturday night, bringing the total to 11. Statistics from the International Organization of Migration say 960 of the 1,033 migrants are either missing or deceased and are believed to have drowned.
The Tunisian boat departed from the Sfax region, and it sank around 40 miles further up the coast near Chebba Mahdia.
