Heard accused of “lying” on the stand

The makeup brand Milani made a video and posted it on Friday of evidence that the concealer she was claiming to have worn, wasn’t released until 2017, a year after their divorce.

Recently Heard’s lawyer took the stand and claimed that Heard carried a concealer everywhere she went during her relationship with Depp.

Their lawyers aren’t allowed to take any evidence from social media so it is unknown whether this information will be used in court, if it is used, however, she will be fined or face imprisonment and this will be a major turn in the case.

Heard has now damaged her credibility and everything that she says or has done will now have to be double-checked. There were multiple rumors claiming that her attorney resigned from the case, but those rumors have proven to be false.

Heard’s lawyers and friends have continued to support her, claiming that she didn’t say that the Milani concealer wasn’t the one she used, even though her attorney specifically stated that it was.

Depp is suing Heard, his ex-wife, for $50 million over a 2018 op-ed she wrote for The Washington Post in which she described herself as a “public figure representing domestic abuse.” Although Depp was not named in the article, he claims it cost him his acting roles and multiple brand deals
