Tyrant Ramzan Kadyrov said to be in Ukraine

Ramzan Kadyrov, the brutal Chechen leader, and ally of Putin claims to be in Ukraine with his infamously violent army.

In a video posted, Kadyrov states that he is in Hostel, a Ukrainian city that Russian troops were able to successfully capture.

It is not completely confirmed if Kadyrov is actually in Ukraine, but numerous reports state that Chechen troops are near Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.

In another statement, Kadyrov called for Ukrainians to surrender or they will suffer many losses.
