The U.S stops accepting Ukrainian refugees

U.S president Joe Biden sets the refugee ceiling at 125,000 after his predecessor, Donald Trump slashed admissions to an all-time low of 15,000.
More than 3 million people have fled from Ukraine since Russia invaded on 24th February
The U.S is instead helping to devote significant economic aid to European countries receiving refugees.
Biden signed into a law spending bill on Tuesday that provides $13.6 billion to help Ukraine and European allies.
