Famous English artist Adele left her competition speechless at the 2022 Brit Awards yesterday after winning the three top prizes of artist, album, and song of the year with her recent album “30” and famous single “Easy on Me.”
Adele is now the winner of 12 different trophies in her career, just one less than the record-holding Robbie Williams with 13.
All of the other nominated contenders for the Artist of the Year award also left with at least one prize.
“I’m very proud of myself for sticking to my guns and putting out an album that was about something that was so personal to me. Not many people would do stuff like that any more,” Adele said about her popular album, “30.”
The album was the biggest-seller of 2021, with more than 185 million streams within the first week alone.
Adele stated that she dedicated her Album of the Year award to her son and ex-husband, who she previously said were the topic of the lyrics of her songs.
“This album was all of our journeys, not just mine,” Adele said.
