Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas announce new baby

On January 21, 2022 the Indian actress Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas announced on Instagram:

“We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much”. 

It was also announced that the married couple have a daughter.

In an interview, Chopra’s cousin Meera had stated that she has always wanted children, and mentioned that she is going to be “a super mom to her baby girl”.
