Yemen has recently been founded responsible for the launching of several ballistic missiles that went over the United Arab Emirates capital, Abu Dhabi.

Military movement, Houthi, has been reported to have used “…cruise and ballistic missiles, in addition to drones…”, killing three individuals and wounding six.
The Yemeni rebels had targeted a critical oil facility in Abu Dhabi, Dubai’s international airport and Abu Dhabi’s international airport causing distress and harm amongst civilians.

Emirati Ambassador, Yousef Al- Otaiba continued to note that while two of the ballistic missiles were intercepted several of them were not, and he gave no further details regarding the matter.

Nations such as the United Arab Emirates, the United States and neighboring countries in the gulf, have previously been suspicious of Iran backing the Houthis with the provision of arms, which continues to raise concern and tension in the area.
