As Betty White had unfortunately passed away on New Years eve, at the age of 99, it was announced on January 6, 2022 that the service arrangements for Betty White would be private.
Jeff Witjas, Betty Whites agent, said “The arrangements are being handled privately and that was Betty’s wish.”
Alternatively, as Betty White was well known for her animal activism, Jeff Witjas had said to those who wished to honor her, they are encouraged to donate to some of Betty White’s favorite organizations, which include Actors and Animals for Others, The Aquarium of the Pacific, Guide Dogs For the Blind, The Los Angeles Zoo, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Tree People, and the Wildlife Learning Center.
