Scientists and climate experts have since voiced their concerns on the outcomes of the climate conference in Glasgow.
The individuals that were interviewed praised the conference for having world leaders to come together to help make a change to save the planet. They appreciated that COP26 offered practical solutions.
They welcomed agreements on cutting emissions, aiding forests, innovation and especially methane.
They also explain how worried they are that politicians won’t deliver what was promised.
Professor Sir David King, who is a former UK chief scientist, says “Even if we cut emissions completely we’d still be in a difficult place because of the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere already.”
