Court Battle Sparks Over Prince Philip’s Will

The Guardian newspaper announced that they were taking legal action over the media being excluded from hearing Prince Philip’s will.
Back in September, the High Court ruled that the Prince’s testament will be sealed from the public for 90 years.
The media presents the evidence that in British Law, if a will is prepared prior to the person’s passing, it becomes a public document.
Lawyers are hoping that a future case will make it available to read for people alive now.
