3 arrested after car explosion kills 1 outside Liverpool, U.K. hospital

After a vehicle detonated outside a hospital in Liverpool on Sunday, killing one man and wounding another, British police detained three individuals under terrorist legislation.
The three men, aged 21 to 29, were held under the Terrorism Act in the Kensington district of northwest England city, according to counter-terrorism police.
On Sunday morning, police were alerted to reports of a taxi explosion at Liverpool Women’s Hospital. A truck in flames was photographed near the hospital’s main entrance.
