Verstappen now 19 points ahead of Hamilton in the championship

Verstappen is now opening an unassailable lead over Hamilton heading into the last four races of the season.

After a fantastic race on Sunday in Mexico, Max Verstappen took the victory for the fourth consecutive time. His win was no surprise due to Red Bull’s clear dominance on the track. Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton finished second but is now 19 points behind with only four races left. 

The RedBull team made history by getting the first Mexican driver onto the podium of the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez. Sergio Perez, Max Verstappen’s teammate, has achieved this and made the Mexican crowd crazy. Even though all F1 fans are very excited for the championship rivalry, the crowd was all in for Perez.
