When, Where, and How to Get Expo 2020 Tickets

The long-awaited Expo, has people scrambling to purchase tickets. Starting at Dh95, attendees can easily book directly online through the website (www.expo2020dubai.com) or through one of the 2,500 authorized ticket sellers. However, before getting out your card, check to see if you are eligible for free entry. 

People eligible for free entry include:

  • Children aged 6-17
  • University students
  • People aged 60 and up
  • Children under 6 years; need to book on-site

Nevertheless, these attendees still need to present a free Expo ticket for access. 

Tickets and Bundles

October Pass (a limited-time offer until October 15)  For Dh95, the October pass has unlimited daily entries for the entire opening month. 

only adults aged 18 to 59 can book the pass.

One-day Ticket (standard ticket) Dh95, gives you one day access starting from October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022.

Multi-day Pass – Dh195. the pass is valid for 30 consecutive days from the first day of use, between October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022.

Season Pass – priced at Dh495, the seasonal pass gives you unlimited entries for the entire event.

Premium Experience (For business visitors) priced at Dh1,750, With unlimited entry for six months, business visitors get access to the dedicated Expo App, 5 entries to the Premium Lounge, guided tours, 20% discount on food and beverage and priority access to business events and more.

Family Package – Dh950, two season passes (+an extra for a nanny). A 25 per cent discount on 5 multi-day passes, discounts on food and beverages and a photography voucher for memorabilia.

Jubilee Experience – priced at Dh10,000, the bundle includes four season passes, 30 multi-day passes and 10 one-day tickets, all valid from October to March. Visitors will receive two 24-carat gold plated Expo Jubilee pins and two Expo passports. You will also get five vouchers to access the Garden in the Sky observation tower. Other benefits include VIP parking, fast-track entrance, guided tours and photography vouchers.

Many airlines and hotels are offering complimentary tickets with added perks. 

These businesses include:

Rovo Expo 2020: Onsite hotel at Expo 2020. Costing Dh1,099, this hotel is dedicated to the visitors attending the event. All bookings come with complimentary tickets valid for the entire stay. 

Address Hotels and Resorts/Vida Hotels and Resorts: both hotels offer guests staying during the Expo, free tickets. The duration of the stay must be at least one night at the Address, starting at Dh1,499. Or three nights at Vida, starting from Dh360. 

Palazzo Versace: On October 1st, two packages including Expo tickets. Both packages – Grand Suites for Dh4,500, and Deluxe Rooms starting at Dh700 – are valid for 6 nights. 

Armani Hotel: For bookings starting at Dh2,250, the hotel will offer two complimentary one-day tickets. However, this booking must be made in September. 

Domino’s: Since it is the official pizza provider for the entire Expo, the restaurant is distributing tickets to customers buying from one of the Dh85 special Expo meals. However, these are online-only and can be purchased through delivery. 

Emirates and FlyDubai: If you are flying to Dubai between October 1 and March 31 you will qualify for a free one-day ticket. Every booking will receive one ticket. 

Although it is too late to apply for one of the free tickets, there are plenty of ways to attend this Expo.
