Thailand plans to end their Covid entry requirements from at least 10 low-risk countries for fully vaccinated travellers.
Some of the 10 nations that are confirmed are the UK, China, Germany, and the US.
Prime minister Prayuth Chan-Ocha agreed that “this decision comes with some risk” but is necessary to revive Thailand’s tourism.
“When they arrive, they should present a (negative) Covid test, and test once again upon arrival”. If their second test is also negative, then they may “travel freely like Thais”, said Chan-Ocha.
