North Korea Test-Runs Missile Right Before South Korea Launches New Submarine

Last night, the DPRK had launched a tester short-range ballistic missile (6:30 local time) on the Korean Peninsula right before South Korea was about to launch its new submarine into the waters.
North Korea is restricted from testing any nuclear or ballistic missiles, per international laws enforced by the UN. Nonetheless, this isn’t the first time North Korea has broken these sanctions.
