On Sunday, a shooter opened fire on a residential neighborhood in Lakeland, Florida, killing four people and injuring at least one more. A mother and her 3-month-old baby, as well as 2 adults, were the victims. A shocking report appears that an 11-year old female was shot seven times but yet expected to survive.
The police haven’t exposed the motive of the attack, 33-year old Bryan Riley, had no connection to the victims. Bryan was a Marine veteran who served in Afghanistan and Iraq. reports show that Bryan arrived Saturday night at the scene, allegedly telling others he had been “told by God to intervene a suicide,” reports Boston25news.
Bryan later admitted to authorities that he was high on methamphetamines (meth). He was charged with “four counts of murder and eight counts of attempted murder, along with arson and burglary charges.” according to AP news. He was charged with “held without bail” during his first court appearance yesterday.
