Billionaire Plans to Create America’s First Equitable City from Scratch

Mark Lore, a billionaire entrepreneur, plans to build a utopian city located in America to be completed by 2030.
This businessman has high hopes for his utopia named, “Tesola”, Greek for “Highest Purpose”. The city would revolve around sustainability and inclusiveness.
The total cost needed to invest into manufacturing this city is estimated to be around 25 billion dollars, taking in 50,000 residents. 150,000 acres of housing would cover this land.
Some features this city would include are “Air Taxis”, aeroponic farms and roofs which produce energy.
A location is not yet definite, however, possible options include states such as Arizona, Texas, and Idaho.
