Dalila Hashish, News Editor, The Pawprint

The missing Indonesian submarine, which has been missing for five days, was found yesterday (April 25) in three separate pieces at the bottom of the ocean off the coast of Bali, with all 53 crew members confirmed dead.

Officials say they received signals from the submarine early on Sunday morning, so they sent a rescue team to investigate, who ultimately found the submarine’s remains at a depth of 838 meters under sea level.

Authorities are not yet sure what caused the submarine to sink during the drill, but an investigation is underway.
