Manchester City beat Sheffield United to remain in 1st place

On January 30th, 2021 Manchester City played against Sheffield United where they won 1-0.

Gabriel Jesus was the one to score for City, which was his first time scoring in 9 games.  He scored in the 9th minute to put City 1-0 up which was enough for them to seal the game and take the 3 points.

Sheffield United almost got a late equalizer with John Fleck’s shot, but it went wide.

This is City’s eighth win in a row, and they remain in 1st place with 44 points three points ahead of Manchester United with 41 points with a game in hand.

Sheffield United stay the last place with only eight points.
