A documentary about the British Royal Family was aired in 1969 by BBC. Queen Elizabeth II believed it gave too much insight of how the royals lived, so she banned it in 1972.
On January 29th, 2021, the documentary that was aired nearly 50 years ago mysteriously was uploaded to Youtube. The film showed how the royal family behaved in normal situations.
The queen’s daughter, Princess Anne stated, “I never liked the idea of the royal family film. I always thought it was a rotten idea.”
Youtube stated, “When a copyright claim is filed we remove the content immediately, as is the case with this upload.”
