Two pugs were seen being tossed out of a car window, during a traffic jam in Wales. The RSPCA said this would have been a “scary and traumatic experience for the dogs.”
After Christmas about 145 animals have been abandoned from their owners, and 92 of those being dogs. Usually, because they got “bored” of their Christmas gift or have no place to leave their pets while on holiday. People have been urged by the RSPCA to ask for help if they no longer can take care of their pets.
In the past two years, the number of abandoned dogs have rapidly increased and the RSPCA has said by law all dogs should have a collar with the owner’s information and be microchipped, so they can easily be taken back home.
