On 15th September, heavy rain and strong winds hit South China, as the deadly Mangkhut Typhoon closed in on the region. A red alert has been sent to its residents to stay at home to avoid getting injured. The typhoon has already begun to wreak havoc, at the Hong Kong International airport over 800 flights have been canceled. Most shops, restaurants, public services, and famous casinos have been shut down and the rough winds are tearing apart apartments. By Tuesday, it has been said that the typhoon will slow and lower down into a tropical depression.
