Officers fired over removal of United Airlines Passenger
Chicago aviation officials fired two officers and suspended two others who were involved in the forcible removal of a United Airlines passenger from a packed flight. Cellphone footage showed security officers dragging Dr. David Dao by his arms and legs down the aisle. Dao was left bloodied and bruised in that incident which caused a huge image problem for the airline. The investigation also found that employees made misleading statements and deliberately removed important facts from the reports.
